What are you trying to do?
Resisting Change
In this age of threats on the internet, you make it difficult for customers. Verify your email account? Why? Sometimes you call yourself AOL all caps. Sometimes you show your name as Aol only A is cap. Why can’t I just click on mail icon and see all my email accounts. You are cluttering up my phone as I open it. I do not like!

Oct 2020. Loaded this on my iPhone 12 since AOL sent out a message that they didn't like us using iOS mail to access it.The app is OK, but it crashes a LOT. At least once every time I read my mail. I’ve been moving most of my mail to gmail to cover for this, but I’ve had aol for 30 years so it takes a while.

Worst app I have ever used - not at all user friendly and difficult to use. Mail is horrible. It actually does not even deserve one star!

Toooo many pop up ads that I can’t stop. About 40 a day 95 percent Amazon. Would really like this to stop. Don’t even look at the them ever.

Please tell me how to stay signed in to AOL mail so I don’t have to sign in everytime. I can’t seem to find instructions on how to do this.

The app is okay I guess but I wish I could’ve kept my mail in my iPhone mail app. I wish all the mail was in one tab so I don’t have to go back and forth between new mail and all my mail. M

Why can’t you get the app to remember the log in, or at least to use a pin or face id every time. Having to sign in every time i use the app is ridiculous. It will stay signed in on my iPad.
