When I first had to switch, I was all that not impressed. Then this new version arrived. Like it ... more fluid ... think it is easier to find my other mail folders now.

App update is horrible. I have an iPhone 11 and since the latest updates phone and app I no longer get push notifications of email. I got rid of the email app loaded on the phone for the same reason. This is horrible aol taking over the Verizon emails has been terrible.

How come there is no option to click for unread mail instead of scrolling all the way through for an email you didn't want to forget about.
Doesn’t alert to emails automatically anymore

Used to push new emails automatically. Now it doesn’t alert you to new emails. Which is its job. Constantly having to manually refresh to see if you’ve missed anything. Extremely frustrating.
Cannot email groups in my contacts.

This update makes it impossible to use your contacts list and I cannot email a preset group.

The new app is great-visually HOWEVER, why can’t I sort my messages to ‘unread’ only!? The old app had that feature and it was great. Why would you take that away? Now I have to hunt for those messages and scroll endlessly.

I am frustrated. I don’t find this App has simplified anything and it’s NOT better. I hate that AOL has assigned every email transaction a logo. HOW MESSY!! Can I delete this feature? Just a ton more visuals. Also, I have 4 AOL accounts. Two business, friends and one for fam. How do I sign OUT?? Do I have to manually put in the other accounts?

The app used to push emails automatically. Now I have to go into the app and then it will update and see if I have emails. This is rather annoying and seems like the final reason for me to get rid of this email account.

New emails won’t show up. Only showing emails that have long since been deleted. Super confused...

I DO NOT get notifications of incoming mail, so FRIGGING annoying! The notifications is what prompts you to check your phone, now I have to remember to constantly check for new emails, bad for my business email accounts. Please fix!!!
