App keeps crashing and I can’t seem to find the support page

I get the pay to play model, but this game is pretty ridiculous when it comes to having to pay to pass levels. It’s in the similar style of Candy Crush, at least with Candy Crush you get pretty high up in levels before you have to start buying things to help you pass, and the “Super Hard” levels come few and far between. Once you get to level 200 in this game, every other level is “Super Hard” and you’re playing 1 level for 3-4 days at a time because you just can’t pass unless you buy more gems to get level help. Sure it gives you a lot of free stuff, but you’re just using that free stuff for over 2 hours trying to pass 1 level, then 10 minutes later, there’s another Super Hard level and that takes you another 2-3 days. So be aware, this game is not for longevity, you’ll have fun for a few days until you just want to throw your phone through the wall.

No way to disable hints

This game has 0 ways to disable hints. I don’t understand what the point of the game is if I don’t even get to play it Bc the hints come up immediately

3 Extra move prize never works!

Playing the game for a year. When one buys the prize and gets “3 extra moves” - it never appears. Please, fix

Crashes Constantly!

The game keeps crashing, usually right before or as I am about to complete a level, causing a restart and loss of any boosters or prizes used. This is ridiculous!
