Game keeps freezing

Help! I’ve played this game for over a year and I’m so addicted because it’s so much fun, but the past two days every time I open the game to play within 4-5 moves the screen freezes and I have to close the game out to get back in, so I lose any boosts or in app boosters I’ve paid for! I so love this game, please fix this problem and to be reimbursed for money paid to assist with levels would be grateful appreciated!

It’s truly not fair for the customer to stay on one level for months. It makes the customer want to delete their game. Pls don’t give us so little lives that we can’t succeed, until months later.

This is the first game I go to, very fun and addictive! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the fact that every so often the game makes you wait for days for new levels and it seems to always happen while I have free time. That is very annoying. I have never played a game that makes you wait for more levels. Maybe it’s because I never purchase any thing from the ads!

You play the level, have one more left and viola out of turns. No problem, you buy rubies to get another chance only for it to show your purchase then freeze on you and the restart the game. So not fair, seriously considering deleting this game and all the other Angry Bird stuff too! Don’t play those who will pay!

I get these random 5 to 40 mins of unlimited lives UNFORTUNATELY, when I play on my lunch break I may loose that time because my lunch or break is over. Could you provide someway to save those until I have more free time to use them? Thanks

Terrible update...after you fail it takes a long time to try again. It goes through all this crap about how you can do it!!! Ridiculous, I’m not a child in preschool!!! I’m so over it!!!

Ive been playing this game for a long time now. It’s one of my favorites. However lately ive been noticing a few things i don’t appreciate! For one the tiles will shuffle when there are clearly moves available! For two tiles will switch place with birds or pigs or ducks when they shouldn’t causing you to loose the game!! Move hints are either annoyingly fast or are nonexistent!! Also i purchased hammers and was not allowed to use them!! On top of that the chests give you more outfits you already have!!! I have quit opening the second chest because all i get is bs! Nothing that helps with the game! And ive opened uncountable 500 coin chests before finally getting a bomb! I opened 11 of the 500 coin chests and all i got was extra moves!! Wth! You claimed better rewards but I’m not seeing a change at all! Some of the levels are impossible to win without using boosters! Ive played some levels for three months before finally breaking down and making a purchase!! No game should force you to make a purchase just so you can pass a level!!This better get fixed soon or i am leaving this game and i will tell everyone i know how it’s become a rip off and a cheat! Changing my rating to one star instead of four!!

Update: they fixed the change. Back to being mostly happy with this game! Really irritated with this latest update, which no longer shows you hints of matches when you get stuck. I’ve been playing this game forever and now I’m not going to play anymore due to frustration.
