The app generally works fine but as of the last update I’m seeing ads every time I open the app. I paid for the router and this app is to support the use of it. Unacceptable.
Where are the features?

As company known to be among the best in network connectivity and charging such a premium for their consumer mesh WiFi , I was disappointed that there are quite a few features missing from this app. Most importantly, the QoS is garbage and is not user configurable. Very disappointed.

I’ve used Apple Airport networking equipment for years & years. This was so much more modern & easy! Great experience, fast, zero glitches. New network set up & blazing fast in a couple of minutes. Thanks to the developers & teams involved!
Needs iPad support

The app works well in the iPhone, but there is no real support for running it on the iPad (does not support horizontal mode). Also some settings are only in the web interface while others are only available in the app. It would be much better if you could go to one place for all settings.

Is there a way to check the amount of data each device has used on a daily or monthly frequency? This would be a great feature to add if it’s not already doable!

This is a very great app. It is easy to get around through the app and clear on all the options it has to offer. It is very organized. Just two things I would like to see in the future updates: clear the ISP test history option and delete clients that are no longer using the WiFi. Overall this app is great but I think these two suggestions would help keep the app more organized.
App is just ok, router is amazing

Could you please please please just take the code base from the UniFi app and use that to replace this one? Or get rid of this and roll hardware compatibility into UniFi? It's such a better app than this! I love my alien whatever router but this app is super confusing to use.
No support for iOS 8
