Why is it that if I load credits from my phone it gives me sixty credits for twenty bucks but the nuke ox on the wall will give me seventy five if I put the money straight in why is this more convenient I’d rather have the extra fifteen and not use the app??? Please explain ...

I think this app should have song previews for the app so you know you’re making sure you’re about to play the song you want to listen to. For instance, I find a lot of new artists on Spotify and this doesn’t have the songs I want to listen to but they have remixes by them or other songs I don’t know about so if there was a preview I could listen to it.

You need to get an email verification before you can buy music.... ive been trying to get this straightened out but they wont send me my email. Really disappointing..

Fraudulently charged my credit card- I sent an email to customer support, and an auto response stated someone would be in touch within 24 hours. 4 days later, no response, which has caused me to cancel my credit card and go through hours of work. I will never use this app or let any friends use it again.

App not working despite repeatedly re-downloading

Since March I have repeatedly tried to redownload the app and login (through Facebook) and every time the app says it is experiencing issues and nothing happens. I’ve tried creating a new account and same thing. Both my favorite local bars use AMI and it’s been so frustrating to not be able to work the music from my phone. Tried to look for help in app support but didn’t find anything related to these login issues.

I’ve dropped a grand, easy, on posting songs. But watch them eat your money and let newcomers delete your playlist. Priority or not. Garbage.
