Atención atención ! Todo el tiempo que eh puesto música a veces pongo una o dos músicas y todo el tiempo me cobran $5 dólares prefiero mejor pagar en el bar o en el restaurante donde estoy comiendo , que pagar por medio de esta aplicación porque te cobran demasiado , a lo que la música cuesta , y aparte no hay un devuelto dinero como para que te quejes y te regresen tu dinero No hay ayuda al cliente !

I have 2 $5 charges that showed up on my account tonight and I was at home and do not even have the app downloaded on my phone. Not happy!
App is a fraud

Bars can turn off (or override) their jukebox but the customer is still charged. App says “song is playing” but I’m sitting in bar now and song is not playing. BS. Total BS. Have five songs lined up. App says #2 Is playing, but it is not, and song 1 still has not played. A fraud I think. EDIT - talked to a couple bartenders in Manhattan. This is indeed possible. They can switch between listening to tv (and music channel on tv) and jukebox, without de-activating jukebox so they can get the jukebox revenue.
Hot Garbage - bring back the old app

This newly updated app is hot garbage. The search function is busted as $#!+. I can’t search by album and it doesn’t find half the albums on the juke box, so I just have to go up there to the juke box and give it money there to hear what I want. Why hype a revamp when you took out half the features available in the old app? This seems like a step backward.

Submitted a song that was 5th up for an hour and a half because people kept putting songs in front of it and couldn’t go back\pay more to move my songs up to the front. Should be a cap of 2 songs allowed in front. I get it’s to make more money by moving the songs to the front but you’ll piss of the people that initially don’t put it up to the front and get stuck at 5th song up for an extended amount of time.

Takes so much time rudely on your phone while at dinner with friends.. unable to simply play a playlist after creating, still need to select every single song individually.. unable to simply play and/or shuffle a playlist

Touch tunes is better! I pay money to pick my own songs, and they randomly play with their own personal play list! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
