Response to AMI representative below: thank you very much for responding. I paid cash and never created a user name (I downloaded the app to leave a review). It's only $3 so I'm honestly not worried about it, but thanks. I have no idea if the music ever played that evening since I left ~50 minutes after using the credits. After reading similar reviews it seems like this situation could be avoided if there were a song queue (assuming the songs actually play).

I noticed that AMI is in the business of censoring what users listen to. They have unilaterally decided what songs are and are not appropriate for adult ears. Big brother strikes. Maybe AMI should find another business.

Theres no way to tell how long it will be till your song plays. Sure you can pay an extra credit to have it up front. But what if its just one song in queue? I wont go to a bar with ami barlink until this feature is added like touchtunes.

My credits are NOT limited to a certain bar. I can use them wherever. That’s what makes your program better. I would like to see the ability to download immediately searches that are not on file.

My songs never played. When I contacted support they told me they were, only that they were played like 4 hrs later (I was there 2 of those hours). They claim because I was down in the queue. I mentioned how people who’d put $ in the jukebox got theirs played sooner. So they tell me those people get priority. Well thanks for nothing. I will be deleting this app.

Great music choices - but the bar would not play the songs I paid for because they didn’t like my selections :(
