Loses uploaded receipts

AMEX can’t seem to hire decent programmers. This app has a habit of losing the images I attach to charges. This should not be hard. For AMEX it obviously is.

Always missing the receipts I file they always go blue on Sunday

It’s great....when it works. Frequently will not let me upload pictures of receipts. When it does let me, the next day they’ll be gone and I’ll have to do it all over again. I’m using an iPhone X and all firmwares and softwares are up to date.

Lots of glitches

We are a small company. I was so excited about this app but we’ve had a lot of problems. Receipts that are uploaded will disappear or will never show up on our account homepage even though employees have matched receipts via the app. Really hope they get these glitches fixed. Got to go, have to upload a receipt for the fifth time.

I enter and document billing and the next day, the entries are not saved. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I have called the support desk and the problem goes away for a while only to resurface again.

Occasional missing pictures

Good app but occasionally I will attach a photo of a receipt and it will disappear. Since the app is the only place I have the picture, once it’s gone it can never be retrieved.

Critical problem: receipt match feature deletes receipts that you attach to pending transactions. Hasn’t been fixed in over a year despite complaints.

Notes don’t show up in reports

This app still needs several improvements before it becomes useful. While I can add notes (such as an expense code) to individual receipts, those notes don’t come through in the reports you can export. You can only add 5 receipts to a report, so for someone with a lot of expenses trying to generate a monthly report - it’s not helpful at all.

Loses receipt pictures

If you attach a picture to a pending transaction, when it clears you lose the photo you attached to the pending transaction. Fix and this app is 5*****
