There is nothing on this app to complain about this app by email especially when videos do not work or if anything does not work properly. It states to contact AMC theatres if u have questions about our app under settings. What each theatre or write what? It does not state when u go to that page. If u go to where there is an email address there is a big message stating 'Session timed out. Please close your browser and try again...' in red. Too Confusing Sandra White

Push Notification Button in App!!

It's been a few years I've had this app loaded on many iPhones & it's always the same, you set the Push Notification Button in the App and days or weeks later you go back into the app & Push Notification Button in the App is turned off again!? Years this has been happening and I'm very surprised it hasn't been fixed yet?!?! It ain't the phone(s) as the app's also been reloaded in the past a few times!! Please fix as its way over due & Very Irritating!!

I downloaded this app logged into my wife's existing account bought tix and sent them to my apple wallet. Took a good solid 4 minutes including download time. Would have gotten 5 stars but app does not correctly show info about individual theatres at our local dine in (age restrictions, 3D, etc) and had to check the website. Maybe time to go back to a flip phone for some people.

There is absolutely no way of logging into the app. The app is going straight to delete.

Useful app, with simple issues that it shouldn't have. Have to exit and reopen the app to fix connectivity issues: to get showtimes for a different day.

Less slow, still No Apple Wallet!

Really? Still no apple wallet? Now instead of tickets in app, it's an email... That goes to a link on a web site? For real? If this app doesn't get un-f**ked before my stubs renewal, I will cancel stubs and delete the app. Who needs to put up with a lousy digital experience any more these days for entertainment with so many other options?

Atrocious UX. Unstoppable pop ups, lag, fake buttons. Why show me full screen pop up ads when I'm ALREADY trying to buy tickets?

Stubs account, lost. Ease of finding a movie, gone. Patience waiting for the AMC to get its act together, out the window.

Never use to purchase, you won't get a refund when it doesn't work

I mistakenly thought this would be a great way to purchase concession stand items and have then delivered to my seat. The app allowed me to place the order amd successfully charged my CC but no food showed up because the app had an error. The theater manager said it was just an authorization and would just go away. No food, no money. Theater can't refund because the app uses amc online for the purchase, they have no record of it. AMC online says the charge never went through, the theater will have to do an investigation. I have wasted hours on this including a seperate trip to the theater. I had to dispute with my CC. Let them fight it out, I am done with AMC.
