The app is quite practical. It allows to find an AMC theater near you. Purchase the ticket and even select the seats location at the time you are purchasing. Very satisfied of how AMC manages its movie theaters through the app.

I really appreciate this app. It is very user friendly to locate theaters, pick movies, pick seats, and purchase tickets. My only vice is that sometimes app will freeze up. It happens very rarely but is my only vice.

What's the point?

The only thing this app is good for is to purchase tickets. But outsiders that, there nothing else. I downloaded it specifically to reserve tickets because I couldn't reserve tickets on Fandago at the time. Just because I got tired of waiting for Fandango to go back online, I downloaded this app and reserved my tickets this way. Now one, the Wallet support is a fallacy. It won't let you add your pass to you iPhone Wallet. My print is broken which is why I needed the Wallet pass. So I explained it at the theater, it was a pain for them to look up my reservation. I should have just waited for Fandango to go back online.

First you won't know what your seats are cause the ticket in your apple wallet doesn't give you that information. And when you try to get a refund you really have to search it. Took me forever and finally found it under ticket inquiries section. And then when you call that number you'll be put on hold for 40 minutes!!!! They destaff that department on purpose!!! This entire company is a perfect example of a company which will cheat you to your death.

How could you utterly destroy an app? Apparently, ask AMC Theaters. Thought I'd downloaded the wrong version for the iPad. In addition to the many features which no longer function, you can't use in landscape mode. They've rendered the ability to interact with the customer via their app useless. You've just lost another customer.

Don't bother downloading or using it. It simply does not work right for buying tickets or connecting your Stubs account. Use a computer and go online instead.

PLEASE FIX IT! You trashed it!

The screen selections are delayed, the run pee times are now missing entirely or out of sequence, the end credit info is missing and its impossibly SLOW to buy tickets. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! UPDATE: It's STILL not functioning correctly: bottom icons aren't aligned/ don't open when clicked, runpee screen is always blank, end credits info is missing/gone, food purchasing function has by worked once, and it's PAINFULLY slow. This has taken 10 steps backward.

New stubs update needs work!

I HATE the new points system were 5000 points equal a $5 reward the points system need to get converted back to dollar amounts. I don't like how I'm unable to see how much money in rewards I have and the cashiers can't tell either. When I order tickets online though the app it either cancels on me or it won't ring up when I enter the theater then I would have to swipe my card to print tickets out. I want an easy, fast, convenient way to watch a movie not have to wait in line forever
