Most features still work for me, but the inability to send my tickets to the Apple Wallet anymore drives me crazy. Click the button and it just says "Oops, something went wrong." It's been this way for many months now... please fix it.

There was an improvement for the Phone, it now has the capability of producing a scan code when you go to the theatre, the downside was the two times I was able to add the ticket to the wallet, they could not scan it and ended up having to key it in manually. Those folks that use Fandango have no problem though. Today I could not even add the ticket to the wallet got "Oops,something went wrong". Nice error message. And the IPad version no longer works landscape! Come on guys, put a little more pride in your coding. Send us an update that has landscape for the IPad again and make the Apple wallet function...well function!

One of the worst apps I've used to purchase tickets. I've found myself going back and forth 5+ times to finalize a purchase. You'd think some of the $16 tickets go towards marketing a development for the app.

Errors, errors, everywhere! This app is completely unuseable. Nothing, NOTHING works. Not completing your profile, not... well, not anything. It's a complete waste of disk space.
No signin screen

This is a terrible app. There is no place to signin with an existing account just a vicious loop of signing up for a new account & a vicious loop of my Stubbs number already in use or assigned - duh! I'm with other reviewers, I'm going to using Fandango! And take this POS off my phone!

I don't usually write app reviews but I felt compelled to write one now because of how terrible this app is. Considering other apps in this field, this one is lacking. It is slow, and difficult to purchase tickets. I ended up having to just purchase them on the website (which isn't much better) because the app wouldn't recognize and process my gift card while the "timer" on my purchase continued to run out. I finally purchased my tickets while signed in to my Stubs account. I went to the app (which was signed in to the account also) and was very disappointed to find I couldn't add my tickets to Apple Wallet. I can only add my "stubbs account" card. If by adding your account card to Apple Wallet it allows you to access the qr code for your tickets, they need to be much clearer on this. Otherwise everything I have read so far leads me to believe that you can only add tickets to Wallet if they have been purchased through the app and not the website even if you sign in with the same account. Very disappointed, especially after using apps like Fandango. I have AMC gift cards (gifts from Christmas) which is the only reason I will ever use this app or website to purchase tickets again.

I echo the others who are not able to login/register because my email address/stubs account are already in use, or because the system experienced some unknown error. AMC theaters are my favorite theaters, so it's a total bummer that their app and login on the actual website are so bad.
Not sure where the problem is...

The app may work fine, but there are plenty of other apps where I can find out movie times and buy tickets. Joining this to the Stubs reward program just doesn't work. No credit for movie from weeks ago. Two emails got me a response saying they are overwhelmed with customer service emails. If you can't track my Rewards properly, the app is worthless.
