I am an A-list member and have been since the program was initiated. It works well for me because I am a frequent moviegoer. I choose theaters which are in the best state of repair is there even if it means I have to drive a little further.

This app doesn’t sign in or slow a person to find out what their account is or if I have an account.I can’t open another account….it’s completely unresponsive and it has bugs galore. The only thing I cando is take it off the App Store because I can’t find it .I may have a n account and they’re changing me.i need to close this down and they wont even ecep my password.

The app is great when it wants to work…It usually doesn’t want to though. There’s always an error connecting to AMC, and it’s not my internet.
FIX FOR LOGIN PROBLEMS!!

*UPDATE: LOGIN FIX* Found out that the app will NOT login over Wi-Fi, but once I switched to cellular data it got me in with no problem. Still a major bug that they need to get under control but at least a temporary fix for anyone with the same issue. ************** App is fine when it’s working- AMC needs to figure out their login credentials system because it’s a DISASTER. Got logged out of the app after changing my password (a failed attempt to try to login to their theater wifi); couldn’t login to the app with the new password, and couldn’t get a reset email sent from the login screen. Their servers are junk and unfortunately it makes the app, which otherwise works great, useless.

This app is far too buggy to be considered great, and the old AMC interface when you could make a album of your ticket stubs and write a description about the movie was elite. Now you can’t even go back to see the previous movies you’ve seen in previous years, been going to AMC since 2015 keeping track of stubs and it only shows a years worth of movies. It’s just very boring to use now you almost would rather go in person to handle everything.

I like the on-demand feature as I can watch movies on my Apple TV. The only drawback is no in app purchases for on-demand movies. Also some of the categories are broken. Please allow this function in the next update.

I had a $25 gift card - well there was no way to use that on purchase in app. I was forced to put it all on my bank card. NO FAIR!!

The app is sluggish and sometimes just stops. Same on the website. If you hit at high volume times it can even error out leaving a halfway done transaction. This is particularly frustrating if you have another a lost member you are trying to get a ticket for. Pulling up the tickets is a kludge and in the theater sometimes won’t even come up. I have to keep a print out or a screen shot of my QR code because I don’t trust it. Almost 100 percent of the time the app just has problems while at the theater. If the app would just reliably work, the design itself is wonky, but design is not relevant if the app doesn’t work enough of the time.
