I love going to any AMC theatre , already releasing the latest movies ! The food and popcorn choices are delicious as well . I like having a nice clean place to enjoy movies with my family . Thank you AMC , especially the Edwardsville , IL location !

It will not allow you to pay with a gift card balance in the account, it will not allow you to toggle to PayPal, it will not allow you to delete an obsolete credit card… just awful.

To prevent crowds from Building in the concession area, there is an opportunity to preorder movie drinks and snacks to pickup as scheduled before your movie. Love this new convenience!
Forcing portrait mode on iPad is idiotic

The screen is so big and the movies pics use so much screen space. Why not allow landscape with black lines on side if it is not cost effective to do true landscape. I have my iPad often Mounted in landscape mode - this I need to turn my head or take it out of the mount. But instead I’m just irritated and go to something else and use my iPhone instead when I get around to it. Yesterday I steamed a movie on another app instead of buying from amc.
Fix the change my password option.

I forgot my password and have rest it 6 times and it still won’t allow me to sign in and receive my points for every movie purchase. Ima a A plus member and can’t even receive my discounts.
Worst excuse for an app.

Looks pretty, but that’s as far as it goes. Buttons don’t work (couldn’t use pay pal or Apple Pay), forced to save a card on the account, then the card scanner doesn’t work. App crashed in the middle of an order then couldn’t retrieve the previous order. Altogether a rubbish experience. Pull your socks up AMC.
