Always crashing!

I love Amazon but this app is absolute garbage. I feel like they're always pushing "bug fix" updates but it's still continuously crashing. You search for something only to be met with, "still loading..." Then it freezes and you have to completely exit out and restart the app for it to work again. It's time consuming, which is incredibly irritating and defeats the purpose of the app because the desktop site works faster than this garbage app.

No smile or tracking or anything useful

It's great for browsing but when it comes time to do anything else it's worthless. I can't buy through smile. I can't track. I can't update or change an order. I can't find what I'm looking for. I end up doing everything through a browser so why keep the app?

I use this app just about every day and it is great! It makes it easy to order things for sure. You can also look things up on it very quickly if you are at the library and the Librarian doesn't have a clue Amazon will point you in the right direction

I love the app, great for exploring what's new out there, but when scrolling down on today's deals, the pictures disappear at certain points, and not because of cellular problems, they load, then instantly disappear. And I really don't want to click on the item every time I want to see a picture of it... I'm on iPhone 6 latest version by the way

voice search doesn't work

I've literally tried every other app - Google, Voice Memos, etc. - and all pick up the microphone PERFECTED (even too loud). Amazon? Barely. It's useless.

I can only use the app over Wi-fi. I've deleted and installed the app several times and still the same problem. If using cellphone data, the content won't load.

Great app, but no PayPal?? WHAT?

Title says it all. Amazon not taking PayPal, to me anyway, is ridiculous. It's one thing that often causes me to go to an equal (if not bigger) site in the biggest Asian country in the world that's our enemy with free shipping on EVERYTHING. When it comes to my money, convenience and efficiency is key. I wish Amazon would get with the program and accept PayPal. This costs them 2 stars and sometimes business from me.

anyone else notice in the desktop version that items in cart are suddenly unavailable and are replaced by higher priced Amazon or Amazon fulfilled goods?
