When ever I want to look at my orders it will ask me for my password but once I enter it in then I get an error message saying “ops something went wrong.” There’s also times when I want to change the shipment on an order and it exits to the home screen. The mobile site it more useful than this app.

Usually I use it on my ipad, but not anymore. I see a login error message for months and today a checkout button doesn’t create an order. How QA can pass this?

When I try to view my order history, I get an error stating something is wrong. When I close and reopen it acc Pres the previous log in attempt. When I try to order from this app, it starts an endless loop by taking me back to the process order screen. I gave up and just use the browser to shop Amazon.

Make an option to disable 1-click buy! This is outrageously annoying, and I will take my business elsewhere if you don't stop charging my account for items I didn't actually purchase!

Since the last update I have not been able to complete any transaction or view my account after I enter the password! I will enter my credentials and then it’ll look like its loading but a message will pop “oops! Something went wrong” yeah no sh-t this app went wrong...

I LOVE AMAZON but there are some issues I order some Pokémon cards for my son and 1 if them never came I checked if I actually ordered it and it said I did and it took the 2 dollars out of my account so I hope this issue gets fixed and it never happens to anyone else

The app has bugs with passwords and thumb print usage! Need to update app to make it awesome like it used to be. Until this happens I’m using Groupon when I want to buy stuff on a decent app that works even though I pay for PRIME! Ugh!!!!!!
Current Version Is Broken

The current version of the app, with iOS 11, is broken. You can not add items to the cart. You can not even use the Customer Service link! The current version’s only benefit right now is to look up prices of items (you can not purchase), and take up space on my device.
STOPPED WORKING and Needs more features and SMILE

Update 03Dec2017: one star App stopped working for anything that requires login, like purchasing. First it made me verify myself through email. Then it made me change my password. Then it kept requiring login to look at any thing (different orders filter view, item ordered, friends' wishlists, etc). And the login has never worked for any of these; instead it kept saying that there was a problem on the site and the login didn't work and please try later. Original: two stars - I do use the app sometimes. End up in regular web version most if the time. Don't like or use 1-click and that was unannounced unnoticed default when I first downloaded the app. I don't think the search works that well. I would rather it went to Smile and not just to regular Amazon. I would like ability to manage more things in the app (like which purchases to never use as basis for new recommendations).
