Horrible compared to eBay. No free shipping option, no insights, no promotions via app.

This app has improved over time but today the app is very functional and for sellers it makes it easy to respond to sellers, review shipped and unshipped orders. Making the portal very simple to use without going through the web interface. Managing inventory is also good. It is limited as to how much you can edit on your listed items but I think this app is a tool to use for managing your business not running everything from it. The website is details but this app is broad when it comes to features.

Super convenient look at sales and inventory. It could do more but I use this app several times a day and I am very glad We have it.

Wished it had a few more basic editing commands like updating shipping & adding tracking numbers to fit smaller scale users who doesn’t have a full time office & actually using it on the go as a business management tool

It’s missing some tools to edit listings, edit advertising

Doesn’t work as nicely when using for listing as the main Amazon mobile app. It would be nice to have the bar code and image search option. In the inventory section you can’t see anything but the active (so if you get more of an item you can’t add quantity if it’s at 0, because it won’t show up). Also in this section, some item details can be edited and others can’t?? I haven’t seen a difference between the items that can and the ones that can’t, I am mostly a book/media seller and one book is editable and the next won’t be?? Last issue I can think of right now, I often need to see the date a listing was created, and then see other items listed within a certain time range, this is mostly used to find a sold item when a sku has been typo’d, none of these search options are available on this app, but it would be really nice if they would be!
