Ilanchu

It’s improving all the time ..

Leaving a description

Impulsive Mojo

I’m not able to leave a description when listing products. Is anyone else having this problem?

Great for sellers, but...

Could use a few improvements for UX. It was obviously made by programmers who never actually used, or sold on Amazon, and it shows. One of my biggest pet pieves is that after listing an item, you will be brought to your inventory page, without a easy way to list another item, and several clicks away from any avenue to add another item. There are a few such small flaws, but none are terrible or make the app unusable.

No face no name service

Cacuner

Seller support is never helpful. They are from other countries

Insufficient

knowswhatheisdoing

Doesn’t compare to PC version. Lacking. Who runs a business from the phone anyway? This is just a gimmick to make selling on this platform look profitable or easy.

Hard to navigate the app

counciousparent

Having hard time listing products. App is counterintuitive.

Not able to run in horizontal screen view

hometeck

The program can only be used in vertical bow but not in horizontal view, please update it, thanks

Clunky and clumsy

Wonderful interface & experience-difficult to communicate with account managers

I personally found that it’s very difficult to speak to anyone regarding any issues resulting from misunderstandings or concerns, it would be greatly appreciated if Amazon could try to level with sellers and guide them with plans of actions they would approve of rather than rejecting plans proposed by sellers. It’s a great platform, it just could use a little more of a human guiding sellers to success. Other than that, it’s great, I just wish they focused on hx (human experience) on the seller side.
