This App could be more user friendly and better looking. Disbursement should be more easily accessible. As a new seller, I think processing should require less steps. This reminds me of a backoffice program that i used 20 years ago. I think it’s awesome to have the SELLER APP option but honestly it could use a makeover.
Great with one huge drawback!

The app is great with so many features that are much easier to do on a phone than via Web. One huge drawback is that I have to sign out of North American market and sign into Europe to see the other markets. There’s no way to seamlessly toggle between the countries, like there is on the web. If there was, this would be a 5-star app. Please fix this!

Email communication is good but I’m not happy with the fact that they always claim that a phone call is made but I never receive any calls from seller support. I just don’t feel that my concerns are being addressed probably when communicating by email so I really wished I could speak with a professional.
Shipping Time Frames Inaccurate!!!

I decide as a seller what my processing tax me is, 1 day, 2 -3 days prior to shipment etc. However, when I check my “expected ship dates” they are accurate on the Amazon seller app, but inaccurate on the Amazon seller portal on my computer when I am processing shipping labels and fulfilling orders. Why can’t Amazon provide the accurate correct information to me on all platforms?

I have been using Etsy as my marketplace for the past seven years, and although I am leaving their marketplace for US Sales, I certainly did appreciate the Etsy app for sellers. It is top-notch. Whenever there is a purchase made, it’s almost instantaneous that there’s a notice given through the app. For handmade shops like mine, sometimes a few minutes means a lot because we are in the process of making multiple items at once. I’m so hoping that an app will be made in order for us to list items from cell phones too. Call me petty but It’s a motivating sound when my Phone make the “Cha-Ching” ring of a cash register when I’ve made a sale. Best Regards, Sandra Haynes

How could it be possible that such a huge company could publish such a crappy app? I still can't believe that. Design, functionality, convenience, UI everything just looks like that the app was created in half a day as a high school project.

I was enjoying with amazon seller. But our account has been restricted to sell many book that might us to struggle to keep doing that. However Many I know are selling without restrictions. It is not fair. What you are suggesting to me how I will be surviving my account? I need your advice Thanks
