I got this app and when I created an American account my screen says “the Amazon Seller app has encountered a problem. (CS11).” I created a Canadian account and I got in fine but then when I tried changing it to an American one it gave me the same error message. Please fix

But they need to have a phone number to call when we have issues !!! And answer Sian it take so long to receive answer another problem is when you upload pictures from you computer or cell they don’t verify it I don’t know why there are no screenshots they are pictures from computer or cell very bad service it

It doesn’t update when something gets sold. You almost never receive an email with updates!

I use this app several times daily. I’d love if there were better ways to summarize your performance by SKU and check upcoming payment information. These are the two vital elements of an FBA business and you have to log into the web for this detail.
