Product Search settings are not working

I’ve been trying to get the Product Search settings set up properly so I can get the correct calculations, but each time all I get is Update Failed. I reported the issue but nothing has been done to solve it thus far. It seems like a good app if it can show the right amounts, but as is, it takes forever to check fees on each product.
The app on the 4th gen iPad Pro is terrible

The app on the screen is the size of the regular iPhone on the iPad. The content is good but the visual depiction needs to be improved.

Like this app. Using it about 2 +years.Helps to answer customers question fast, as it notify you. Notification of sold items. I would really appreciate if app screen can rotate. And as I using this app on iPad Pro 12” , would like to have it on entire screen 10.5”x8”, not 10”x6”.
