Content old and often learns incorrect preference

New movies are added very infrequently. Most of the “newly added” movies were added six+ months ago with few current titles. Most are hail from the 2000s, 90s and 80s and are available at the local library for free. For big fans of Top Gear, The Grand Tour is forced and often disappoints in the ways that TG was so amazing. GT often misfires uncomfortably - instead of being intensely fun and irreverent, it’s often angry or cranky without being offset with humor. Instead of feeling as if you’re there along with them, it lacks the fun, friendship, joie de vivre and ‘I wish I could be there!’ of the TG series. Not to mention, Amazon let them run over 15-20 sheep in S2:E5 as a gag, because that’s a such good use of our time. They didn’t even note in the credits if the sheep were real or just dressed to look like real carcasses; thanks for shooting so low Amazon. Oh, be careful what you click on. You can’t reset what Amazon/this app learns about you. Clicked on a fitness video using Bollywood dance routines and now Amazon keeps sending me Bollywood movie recommendations to the exclusion of other movies! I recommend for Amazon Prime for catching up on nature documentaries before Amazon raises the price in October. They have some really amazing ones. I’ll be cancelling after that.

An Inspector Calls

how done it

What a great film, literally had me on edge. It certainly shows how our actions can have such impact on the lives of others. Absolutely wonderful.

Made a believer of streaming out of me

Mekratrig

Gave up cable TV about six year ago, haven't missed it, but always wanted to be able to catch up on hi quality serie heard of from previous times. Now conventional TV seems barbaric - having to wait for a specific date/time to watch something? Absurd! Verr happy with Amazong streaming features like captions, only noticed a few minor goofs so far. Also, love the instant display of actors and their charactar’s names when playback is paused. Plus, little things - stop watching, the app will subsequently resume a couple of seconds back from the stop point, nice touch. The big 10-second jumpback and jumpahead are verr handy too. 5/4/2017 Update Apparently an app update has wiped out the xray function. Once I started using it, it became indispensable for keeping track of who's who among the cast. Am giving Amazong credit for developing this feature; but really getting irritated that it comes and goes. AMAZONG, FIX YOUR XRAY CAPABILITY!

I like it but.....

jloops52

Honestly it’s great! I like it but they hardly have any of the main popular shows that we love. Most shows are exclusive to purchases like Family Guy, Game Of Thrones, Atlanta etc. Needs more content in my opinion, but I like where it’s heading.

Great App, Need ChromeCast Though!

Danigirl707

This app is great. I watch a lot of the free Prime stuff, but it would be awesome if it had the ChromeCast option. Still absolutely worth having!

Good but with issues.

bkreeder100

Prime Video is good plays a reasonable amount of videos but is better if you are in the USA. When you are in other countries has very very limited amount of shows which is crappy. In this respect NETFLIX is better.

Great but missing one feature

Would like to see a "continue watching" list.

Great app Slow download

Great app and I love the offline viewing but it is slower than Netflix when it comes to downloads and occasionally crashes on startup

Newer movies and less international

jessie913

On my feed for movies they are almost always international with subtitles or 2009and lower. Before I click on a movie I would like to know both are either international with subtitles or what year they were from.
