Amazon prime is great but the app ( even PS4 version) need complete make over. 5 stars for prime service though.

I couldn’t stop viewing each episode. I viewed it continuously hour after hour when I only intended to see one episode. A very intense drama.

I didn’t give it 5 stars cause you can’t watch everything on here you have to add it to your watch list. If they were to fix that part of it then I would give it 10 stars.

Always freezes and then goes back to the main screen. Can’t access my channels on apple devices unless I use it on my tv. I should mention I don’t have any of these issues with using Netflix or YouTube on my tv or my apple devices. Please fix this amazon.

This is one of the best investments I have ever made. The benefits are amazing.not just the wide variety of movies & tv shows. The music, second day free delivery with prime items. I highly recommend prime as a great investment & cheaper than Niflix.
