Just annoying at this point

I use this as my main music streaming and it was fine for like half a year then all of a sudden half of my music gets moved and put to unlimited, it also seems like it only made the songs I listen to that have been moved and it’s just annoying. I get they want to make money and all but at this point I rather just stream on YouTube or use some other streaming services. Not cool Amazon

I have used this app for years and just in the past week it has been crashing and deleting my music. Hope someone from customer support will finally answer me

somehow the playlist provided for streaming is limited to 20~30 songs each time you log in!!! and yet, it’s falsely claimed that there are more than 50million songs in their library. nut for your listening pleasure but for the repetitiveness of the playlist provided!!! not worth the investment unless you subscribe to Reddit.,.

While I use this service via PC all of the time, it’s very difficult to use an app that continues to shut down on you. 4/5 times this app shuts down mid song. Have to start everything over. If I’m in the car I’m screwed!
