Casting is broken

Casting makes no sense to me. On an iPhone I can cast to my Alexa devices but once the song starts I can't control the music at all. I also cannot cast to my Google Home unless I used a specific Android phone then I can? I can cast to my Sonos but it doesn't always work. I thought switching to this would be cool, but so far I'm only dissatisfied with how this app works in terms of casting. My advice is to just make casting work for all smart speaker devices. Your brand doesn't mean anything if you can't deliver the product, which is music in this case. Just let me listen to my music wherever I want.

Very confusing setting up a play list that actually works and stays in place when trying to play in the car. What I’m listening to on my never doesn’t transfer to my car. Too hard to tinker with.
It’s good, but one thing that has to be fixed.

The issue(s) I’m having is, I can’t seem to turn off my iPad or maybe anything without the music pausing, and another issue is when I haven’t used that certain device for a while for the music it disappears, can you fix this please, it’s very annoying! But it’s still great, just need a few fixes and updates!

Listen when you up grade do that!!! Bring back the thumb down option. I’m skipping songs more then I’m listening. Seriously just skipped like 20 songs in a row, how did you put country in my soundtrack when I’ve never in my life played a country song willingly. Give me the thumb down back If algorithm gonna do this randomness.

Music doesn’t play

Horrible app. Some music plays and some plays like the file is corrupted or broken where you can’t even make out what song it is. I have mentioned this before and no one has bothered to fix it.
Crashes about 1 min and 30 sec in to 1st song

The app is unusable with recent updates. The first song plays briefly and then crashes the whole app. I’ve tried rebooting the app several times and every time this happens.

Suddenly, all the Amazon related apps on my iPhone stopped working. Did all the trouble shooting I could think of, all the settings on my iPhone should be correct for the apps to work. But when I open this app, it just loads and loads forever. I used to get a error message after a while, but now it just infinitely loads. Very frustrating. Why only the Amazon apps don’t work is a mystery to me.

Amazon music is a great app but it should save your progress if you leave the app. I pay for Amazon unlimited so I expect a good app.
