This app is so glitchy...it syncs in and out and when you actually want it to work it can’t even find your firestick. Waste of of a download. The developers need to fix all the bugs in this app

The remote is great but on my fire stick remote I can use toggle but on the app I can’t figure out how to .

However is the tech support needs to figure out a way for the app to connect much better . I used to have a roku and my remote doesn’t work for that and when i used their remote app it worked phenomenally,unfortunately for this app for the fire stick it does not even correctly load my device... i have to delete and install it a thousand times just for it to work and most of the time it’s only working in functionality and not as a good remote option.

My remote stopped working so I now depend heavily on the app when I using my Fire TV. However when it works with Netflix it is the perfect tool but when I try to use any other app such as Hulu, Starz or Tubi TV when I close my phone it shuts out of the app. I can’t respond to text messages, answer phone calls, search social media or even conserve my battery when I’m using this app.

We use this app all the time and out of nowhere is has stopped working! I noticed that many people have left similar reviews in the past 24-48 hours! Please fix so I can change my review!

I downloaded the app after my fire stick remote stopped working after a year. At first I thought it was the batteries but once I replaces with new batteries it still did not work. I started to by a new remote but discovered the remotes were $20. If I am going to pay $20 for a remote I might as well buy another fire stick. I was able to download the app for free on both my iPhone and iPad. So I've been using the app for a little over 6 months with no problem.
