The app has nearly accomplished the unintended goal of outsmarting the database behind it, along with all us poor end users who wish to use it properly to track our incentive program points. It really is too bad, because the services behind the incentive program really seem to mean well. My account works “flawlessly” while my wife’s does not. This is most likely a back-end database issue - perhaps different user account records with “duplicates ok” property set to “yes”? Perhaps just long enough to cause lingering data problems before someone maybe flipped the bit back to “no.” But with a relational database, you’ll need to stop and plan a full and effective fix first. And even if you plan a pretty good fix, some databases are so complex that that you could miss something... and something else... and then maybe something else. Hence the lingering issues. Good luck to the developers. I would presume that the app works well enough for the grand majority of users, but the number of negative reviews do tell a story that is bad enough to really get serious about addressing the core issues with the highest level of professional competency.

Steps are not updated from Apple health. Doesn’t even allow to submit the nickname. Looks like all nicknames are taken including something likežźż

I read the reviews about not being able to log on because it won’t recognize your password. I thought I would try it anyway and sure enough, I can’t log on because it doesn’t recognize the password that I wrote down and know is correct. After a few tries it simply tells you to call customer service. Trash right now...needs a major overhaul!!!
