Had my auto updates turned on this more and was really happy with the new Fan button layout, it is a lot more intuitive than just static images.. application seems to be a lot faster too!!!

Stop breaking the app!!!

It stopped syncing with apple health again after the update. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix!!!

I’ve been using the AlwaysOn app for 2 months now and it is fantastic. The videos on well-being, stress, mindfulness, and healthy living are modern, informative, and high-quality. Syncing my iWatch and MyFitness Pal were super easy. Now I just have to remind myself to workout :-)!

Since the last update, August 2nd, I’m not getting the points for having a device attached. Please help!!!!

The app and my account used to work flawlessly until recent updates. It started with the program being unable to automatically track my gym visit points about two years ago and now the app can’t not track my Apple heath records. It shows the two are connected and I can see the data in the app but it does not track the daily points. It’s a shame as it all used to work so well.

9 out of 10 times when launching the app. How can a non working app be released?

When I start the app, if it uses face ID, the screen goes black. If it asks for a pin, the app starts normally. Can’t not use with fac ID at all..

I read the reviews about not being able to log on because it won’t recognize your password. I thought I would try it anyway and sure enough, I can’t log on because it doesn’t recognize the password that I wrote down and know is correct. After a few tries it simply tells you to call customer service. Trash right now...needs a major overhaul!!!
