Always changing never for the better

Every time you guys make an update your app gets worse and is impossible to use. I use this on an iPad, iPhone, computer doesn’t matter it doesn’t work. I am so frustrated if I could give you 1/2 a star I would.
Aggravating

Same issue - app logs me off and tells me incorrect password. Even though password is correct because it works on the computer. Fix your app people!!

Can’t login anymore just like others have mentioned. Can’t call in either...lines are slammed and you’re put on hold indefinitely.
Won’t let me log in

Logs me out every few weeks, now it won’t let me log in. Don’t want to try and reset the password because it works fine on the computer. Please fix! Even worse I’ve just discovered that since I can’t log in (even though I can on the computer) that it’s not giving me my points for connecting my Apple Watch. This is getting worse and worse. Will try contacting BCBS since it’s their app. This is coming completely unacceptable.

It’s been several weeks and it won’t let me log in. The phone given for help is not working

Update: They were able to fix my points, so now I’m happy. I did the update and it logged me out and told me my password was wrong. I changed the password from my computer, and was able to logon, but now it does not pull my steps and other info from my Apple health. It also not longer gives me my daily points for having the app installed. I tried removing and reinstalling and that did not fix it. ?
No longer recording steps

No longer connects to the health app on my phone so my steps aren’t recorded. Says it needs access to healthkit and as far as I can tell that is on the app end and not on my end. But no help number anywhere on app to find help.
