Wish I could give them ZERO STARS. Can’t watch as the yearly paid subscription doesn’t work. They won’t send OPT Code to the mobile #. ALTBalaji customer service needs to know how to read emails and handle issues. Almost the entire year same issue and same reply. Even the script doesn’t change. Sometimes they don’t even reply for months. Improvement needed!!

It shows an ugly message to disable screen recording when you want to mirror your device. Do you expect the user to use a mobile device only to view the content? Wake up!
Please invest in solid app developers and PMs & pay them well.

The app is unusable and riddled with bugs and UI issues. Some quick ROI enhancement requests: 1. Add profiles 2. Be consistent with “watched” indication, ie, when I click on a season, it should show what’s been watched & whats left I have TONS more, but those 2 are basic usecases for any video app. I want to continue to keep supporting, but the app is honestly subpar.

Does not allow to watch on tv and when I tried signing in to watch through web keeps taking me back to subscription page.
