Worse customer service – ALTT – Webseries & Movies Review

Wish I could give them ZERO STARS. Can’t watch as the yearly paid subscription doesn’t work. They won’t send OPT Code to the mobile #. ALTBalaji customer service needs to know how to read emails and handle issues. Almost the entire year same issue and same reply. Even the script doesn’t change. Sometimes they don’t even reply for months. Improvement needed!!
