I bought subscription and the they credited me by 12.99$ but still unable to access the shows. They are still saying buy a subscription. I tried contacting them almost 9 times n more. Same message every time. No one is helping. Not getting refund. Really want to sue them. Worst app ever. Don’t waste your money.

i watched the trailers the graphics were pretty good when i downloaded and opened the series the graphics were awful wasn’t even adjusting on my phone screen please fix your app devs?? i love all the shows i really want see in good graphics quality which im paying for.

Hello, So, I already paid $14 for a year but it’s still not working I’m not able to watch any shows it just takes me back to the subscription page and when I click on the yearly payment option it says that you are already subscribed. I don’t understand that what exactly is the problem? I don’t want to waste my money I need a solution. So, can someone please help? Because if you guys can’t than you guys have the worst customer service policy. So, Do Something instead of giving subscribers hard time.

I paid for subscription and I took a break and didn’t open the app for 4 days now it’s just doesn’t open. Reinstalled it and now asking again for the subscription. Doesn’t have an option for account. Doesn’t ask for account but money. This really needs a serious fix.

Ever since I’ve become a member, I’ve always had issues with this app/channel. 1. Technical difficulties ALL the time. Sometimes the app in the phone freezes, sometimes it’s the TV app. For being Indian tech, I would expect much better. 2. Shows- they will start a show and then never renew it for the second year. Not one show, but numerous shows. Waste of time folks. Avoid it at all costs. Utterly disappointed. ??

I got the subscription because of The shows are like. Funny thing is two or three episodes are available for the shows I want to watch. This is a scam. They contacted me after I wrote the review. They said how can we help? I said how about a refund since there are only 2-3 episodes for some shows? These idiots pointed me to their terms and conditions page which is very long & tiny to read. This app should not be on the Apple app store. It’s a complete scam.
