Regarding the subscription problem – ALTT – Webseries & Movies Review

Hello, So, I already paid $14 for a year but it’s still not working I’m not able to watch any shows it just takes me back to the subscription page and when I click on the yearly payment option it says that you are already subscribed. I don’t understand that what exactly is the problem? I don’t want to waste my money I need a solution. So, can someone please help? Because if you guys can’t than you guys have the worst customer service policy. So, Do Something instead of giving subscribers hard time.
