I was using the old Altamail until it became unsupported. Since I downloaded the new app, I’ve found it to be much better.

Excellent Mail Application

This mail application has provided all the functionality I wanted on my iPad and iPhone. It’s fairly intuitive and the developers have provided excellent support when needed. Excellent application. Meaningful periodic updates continue to make it better. Would love easier grouping but still think a superior mail application. Mar 23, 2020. Improvements continue to make the application better. The only complaint I have is that you can’t open an email link and have AltaMail handle it. Instead you have to use Apple Mail which is OK, it gets the job done. The best improvement is the suppression of sender addresses in a “reply to” scenario. No more cutting unwanted email addresses. Great Improvement. Apr 16, 2020 improvements continue. Only minor scrumps with application but nothing new.

While I agree that some user's interface is complicated at times, the "options" are more than I have ever seen on any email application. And the cost is very reasonable. I do have to drop 1 star for the ease of use. However, I am restoring it for the speed and accuracy of the support team. If you want to make your email work for you, this application offers many options for you to do just that. Keep up the good work.

Updated Feb 2020 - AltaMail is still singularly the most feature-rich, function-rich, flexible, user configurable email app in the AppStore. Also, the tech support is terrific. You can reconfigure / customize nearly all AltaMail features and functions, including spam manager, multiple custom signatures for each and every user ID, file manager, support for multiple cloud storage services, etc. AltaMail has more capability than any other email app that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried nearly every one). I’ve been using AltaMail now for over 6 years and EuroSmartz consistently demonstrated its dedicated commitment to make the best products it can. Every update incorporates great new functionality. And the EuroSmart team proactively responds to new feature suggestions - they have added at least 6 of my new feature / function requests. I’ve opted for the annual subscription so I can keep getting the terrific updates. I’d give AltaMail 6 stars if I could!
Good app just a big missing feature

The app is good. Lots of options and customization. Big pro : Let you set up and sync “ categories “ with outlook and gmail. This an important features that is usually missing in other mail app . Big cons: do not sync the flagged mail with Mac mail.app or outlook/ exchange. This make the app much less useful . If they implement this missing feature then this became probably the best app for professional / power users.
The most sophisticated options and easy to use

I have used quite a few mail apps and this is by far the most robust while being easy to use. Ability to customize many mail management features is highly useful.
