Make it one app and fix region search

This should be integrated into their well designed and functioning banking app. When attempting to setup the regional transaction allowances, the search function wasn't working. Also it wasn't really clear what was outlined. It appeared to be state boarders and countries, but it wasn't obvious.

Separate app?

Why would we need a separate app..? Just make an extra option in the bank app! Overall very pleased with the ally bank app, but not this.

Really useful for me but this is the worst card control system out there. It obviously shouldn't be a separate app and because it's separate you basically have a useless app because you can only access it through the main banking app. If you open this directly it immediately closes and prompts you to open it through the main app..... Why

Why is this a separate app

It’s absurd that this needs to function as a separate app fully dependent on the other Ally Bank app. Either build this app into the primary, or allow a second login option so I do not need to navigate my other ally bank apps menu to open this.

I’ve never seen this before and it doesn’t make sense to me. It can’t be that hard to build this feature into the main app.

BUILD THESE FEATURES INTO YOUR MAIN APP. The frustration of even logging into this app is unreal. You have to open the main app and then tap on card controls in your profile to even USE this app. It’s so backwards. I just started using Ally but I’m already second guessing it between this app and how hard it is to set up Apple Pay. Can’t even use the notifications. Shouldn’t have moved to this bank.

Only putting this here because I think the main concern is why this app is separated. Put it in with the main application as feature and call it a day.

I don’t mind having two apps with my banking but the problem I do have is slowness, constant crashes, and it is not screen fitting for the iPhone X so it just looks enlarged and blurry. A performance update would be nice and better comparability with the iPhone X.
