I too spent several hours adding images and details only to have most of them disappear. I can’t believe that Allstate is promoting this app.
Hours wasted

Similar to other reviews, I spent hours inputting all my inventory, signed out and signed back in to check that everything has saved. Nothing saved. Worthless.
Can’t export data

I spent hours putting inventory in but then there is no functional way to export to a spreadsheet. I emailed tech support and they never got back to me. Do not waste your time with this app if you need a document output.

Like everyone else I updated to the latest version and it wiped everything! Luckily I was able to export my inventory to an email prior to the update however lost all the pictures. I'm hoping that there could be a feature to import that inventory.
Great app for home inventory

Great app for keeping track of belongings. The bar code feature could use some improvement. But for free, you can't beat this app

Disappointed that there seems to be no way of harvesting photos and attached info for print or to share. Emailed info bland.
Barcode Scanner Doesn't Work

Barcode Scanner doesn't work. Error Code every time stating "no data found". Have brought this up to Allstate 4 times but they aren't interested. They never respond or even acknowledge you.

Not a bad app overall. The search function with google and the barcode scanner NEVER bring back any results. Once you figure this part out the app will be amazing.
