Though this app claims to be available to even non-Allstate customers, its impossible to create a login and password. Great concept; faulty app. Nice try, Allstate.

App won't sync between iPhone and iPad or web. Export doesn't work. Contacted support to ask these simple questions. But they want my policy number, dob, and ssn. Really? What does my personal info have to do with app functionality? Deleted app. Could have been a good app but has no value if you can't retrieve the info by some means other than one item at a time on your iPhone.

Doesn't let you register

I downloaded this app since it is the best recommended home inventory program for insurance purposes. I tried to register over 10 times with no success. The app simply doesn't let you click the enroll button. So frustrating. I uninstalled and downloaded again and even that was unsuccessful.

I'm not in good hands anymore.

When I first had this app., putting in the information was extremely easy. Now that in January of 2017, I'm not sure when the update happened, but the app has consistently crashed. I've tried to delete photos, add rooms, property and it crashes. Even upon starting, it just crashes. It doesn't appear that I'm in good hands with Allstate with all these crashes. Hopefully these bugs will be fixed in the near future.

I'm not an Allstate customer. When I try to create an account using my email address nothing happens when I click the create account button after correctly entering my info.

Can't get into app

I have tried to sign up for this (I am not an Allstate customer) and have followed all the terms for a password. Still can't create an account.

An hour wasted

I spent about an hour going through recording home items, organizing everything, etc. All seemed fine. Some time later I went back in to add another item and everything was gone. Also, when using the manual add, the app would crash. This happened at least four times during my initial loading of items which is moot because they're all gone anyway.

Looks like users DO need acct. w/Allstate. False advertising??Cannot create account due to idiot password req. Thanks but no thanks. Deleted days ago.

I typed in my email and password to sign up for an account, but when I actually tap on the Create an Account button nothing happens. After reading the other reviews as well this app seems really buggy. Will be deleting from my phone.
