It’s a fun game and one of the very few that I have ever made in-app purchases for. Unfortunately, not worth five stars due to the constant re-downloading of bloat data and the servers being unreachable at times.

Continuous crashes and slow buffering make this game frustrating to play. I can’t play for more than 3 minutes without having some sort of functionality issue. Would have given 5 stars because the game itself is great and very fun to play..... when I can actually play it.
Random suspensions and horrible technical issues

Accounts are randomly suspended for no reason. There are glaring technical bugs that never get resolved like horrible session management and broken heros. This is not a f2p friendly game. Don’t fall for Rumble’s lies. This game is dying a slow painful death and Rumble really doesn’t care at all. Honesty just look at the canned responses to other reviews (edit: and this one!) to know exactly what this company is all about. The customer service is deplorable. The communication with the player base is deplorable. The blatant thievery this company engages in is criminal. They will take your money if you give it and then randomly you will log on one day to your account being suspended. Then you will never get an answer to what it even was that you did or what rule you broke. They will call you a cheater. I wish they’d publish it so I could sue them for libel and actually learn what it is they think I did. Don’t believe their lies. STAY AWAY

Do yourself a favor and avoid wasting time or money on this game. The developers seem to be interested in milking their player base for more money, while drastically nerfing rewards. Even when most of the big spenders froze the income, it was shrugged of with a generic “We’re listening” by someone pretending to be the CEO. Customer service is also abysmal, borderline insulting. Don’t get me wrong, you can still achieve the top tiers of this game if you don’t mind opening your wallet and paying someone’s salary. Expect diminishing returns.

This is an amazing game but there is one big problem, when you infuse characters the game doesn’t deselect them so like me you will have to delete and reinstall the game... please fix

Great game I would recommend it and it is very entertaining and addicting but not time consuming and you can collect your favorite characters
