Yes it is ‘similar’ to Summoners war, but my biggest complaint......

It’s not the fact that developers seem to have there left shoe on their right and and there left hand up their hiney (yes I can do better, because I’ve been developing software for much more complex applications than this with 20 years experience, not that that matters, they couldn’t pay me enough to babysit this crew). If I can’t play the game... and there’s NO UPDATE available in the store, yet at login I’m redirected to update... it constitutes ——— A LOOP! Yes a very EASY THING TO AVOID! I avoid it by spending money on a monthly subscription to something a little more stable... like Evercrap, or World of Warcrap. This is the last time Rumble! Get your ducks in a row or I’ll find another Game that’s better... there’s PLENTY out there and you are proving, with your management, that you don’t deserve my dollar!!!! Prove me wrong! My biggest complaint is not the fact that it is copy-cat game which seems to be more focused on the Pay to Win aspect, nor is my biggest complaint the numerous issues that continue to surface as if this game wasn’t even tested 2 years ago before it was released. I’m not even too upset that I’ve put over 500 dollars into my personal account and come close to losing it several times (even after using the ‘fail safe’ e-mail recovery system that is in place due to poor customer service). I’m not upset that with all the money I’ve invested (with so many other paying players) that the servers are still overloaded and cannot handle peak time latency issues especially during “Alliance Wars” which is a complete train wreck in my opinion.... you’ve got a better strategic advantage shooting craps or playing roulette in Las Vegas than you do here purely due to Server over-population (yes I’m a Cisco Certified Network Associate and no it’s not my WiFi lol) No, I’m not upset about all that because I ‘hope’ and think that it will get better with time. My biggest complaint is the Community. Yes there are a lot of kind people willing and able to help, but the chat rooms are so full of nasty people, trolls, and opinionated- Virtue Signaling ‘know-it-all’s” that it really makes me wish I didn’t speak English MOST of the time. In fact I’ve found the block feature so ineffective when it comes to ignoring the socially un-tamed communication skills of this hoard of irate, entitled whiners that I choose to use the German Chat room, at least the people in this room do not digress to arguing over who knows more about which hero. That’s like watching Charlie Sheen and Barbara Walters discuss Sheen’s personal issues.... change the channel? Yes that would be nice.... unfortunately there’s only 3.... in Summoners War at least there are 10,000 chat rooms to choose from.... most of which .... obviously.... are quiet....trolls can only inhabit spaces with a large population to feed on. I’d like to see Alliance do better in a lot of things. I think I’ll hold out for a little longer without petulantly changing my screen name to “someoneGoneF2P”. Here’s hoping for the best.

I got cheated on this game. I paid $5 US for a super epic bundle that GUARANTEED a 4 or 5 star hero. It gave me a 3 Star hero that I already owned. This is ridiculous!!

I am currently using the game but is been telling me to update and doesn’t offer an update This happened before also, I deleted the application the first time I actually spent money and had to delete. All of the Time I’ve put into this game and it’s not playable again

Overall a good game but the slow speed and game crashes are making it unplayable. Please fix.
