Can’t even play any more

Don’t waste your time. Like the game played for enough to get quite a few characters but now can’t even play it because it continuously crashes after about 10 seconds. Tried their helpline said it was my equipment swap equipment problem moved with account not equipment they wouldn’t even listen. Now this one’s doing the same thing. They said they gave me some free stuff but it doesn’t matter if you can’t play the game.So that’s why 1 star. I have new tablet coming for Christmas I’ll try that one if it works I’ll change my review.

Just downloaded the game app and it already started to freeze a couple of times in the past 15 minutes.

When the game loads, it’s only a black screen. The friends list will show up, but that’s the only thing. I X out of that and it goes right back to the black screen.

Best things that can be said about this game is it’s helpful community, active game support, and great character designs that are continuously updated and balanced. Sometimes this game does feel unfinished though with surprising changes and questionable direction such as the end game ranking system being needlessly complex imo. Even with its flaws, def one of the best gatcha games around. Plenty to do for F2P, and with a bit of luck, free players can def remain competitive as well.

Horrible help service

All the game does is crash. They really should advertise ‘does not work for most phones’. And their help desk option is HORRIBLE and couldn’t be less helpful. I used to love this game and have spent a bit of money on it and now I can’t even log on because it crashes within 10 seconds every single time. What a shame, would rate zero stars if I could.

Like most mobile games now there are tons of in app purchases that are shoved in your face every time you change menus. In this game the vip system goes up to level 20 which would cost you around $125,000 in USD if you only bought the most efficient packs. Pretty greedy monetization in my opinion but make sure you don’t mention it in chat or you’ll get raged at by all the people that have already spent a bunch of money and don’t want to feel bad about their wasted money. Not to mention the population of the game seems to be pretty low. Guess that’s what happens when you try to milk your players like a dairy cow.

No game is perfect, but
