My self is so mad I hate it
I was kinda confused while trying to sign up. I don’t have and account and it kept telling me to “sign in” even when I can’t. Could someone plez help meh!!!??

This service IS A SCAM! They advertised a free trial, charged me (it was reversed but they have nothing on their page that informs of this), and now I am subscribed to them. THERE IS NOTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT LETS YOU UNSUBSCRIBE!!! UGGHHH!!!!

Narrator name missing and poor search

How can you publish lists of audiobooks without giving the narrator’s name? Title and author search is very poor. I used several well known series to get my bearings and got no hits at all.

Do not sign up for the free trial. Two months after cancelling my free trial and receiving confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, they charged my credit card $19.99 for a monthly subscription. When I called to inquire, they didn’t have any documentation of me signing up for the service again. My refund was denied. Not to mention, this is an awful app and the customer service is terrible.
Audiobooks not found

Just signed up 11/18/18. I am not finding audiobooks that I’m searching for. I found them on another audiobook website.
Free is good. App is difficult

Free is good but it isn't free. It's $20 a month BUT cheaper than Audible. BUT it's very very hard to navigate the app. It's difficult to search by author. I don't find any series offered in mysteries. In Audible I can find my library, I can manage my Wish List, I can get back to my current selection by tapping on the icon and go right back to where I stopped. This app makes you go thru the steps as though you were starting over. AYCB- you better be working 24/7 in this app. Get some people in to try it out right in front of you. Take notes. Fix it.
