Just started, the titles are the size of a prescription bottle and hard to read, NO book description at all. Downloading is agonizing slow, and when my iPad turns off, so does the download. Cannot look at other titles while I am downloading.

This is a terrible app I canceled a week into my free month and still got billed. I have never been able to find a single book to listen to. The free month was all just a sample of the book and now that I have a month weather I want it or not I can’t find anything worth reading.

This website has no popular authors at all. They do not have Nicholas Sparks, Michael Connelly, Nora Roberts, James Patterson, Danielle Steele. It’s a joke. Oh, and they also don’t remind you like they say they will when your free trial is over. There is not one book I’d want to read. The other reviews must be fake.

I’m really disappointed in the selection. Maybe if you’re just looking for consumable entertainment but I want specific and relevant books. I’m not finding them here.

Not free! Not user friendly! Have to sign up and give a credit card to even try. Difficult to navigate once in, then no option to cancel anywhere in the app. None of the books or series I wanted were in their library selection. Had to to call the number and sit on hold for a while before talking to a real person to cancel. Only positive in this miserable app experience, at least a live person finally answered, asked for my information, then canceled my loooong but short membership. Had it been a computer helping me, I would have lost it.

First thing I noticed is that there is no search feature!? Not on the app or webpage. How do you create an app without the ability to look for specific books/authors. Secondly, many of these books are old and/or not very good. Most of the ones worth listening to are classics. Not worth the money. Also the downloads page is a mess. I canceled after 3 days. Didn’t even want the whole 30 days free. Definitely not worth $20 a month.

No Search function. Not even within a broad search category like Childrens’ Books. Downloaded “The Tale of Peter Rabbit” - which they classify as an eBook. Got A SINGLE SIX MINUTE CHAPTER and no visible way to get the entire book. What a pity. It is almost inconceivable that human beings who interact on a daily basis with the Web would be so foolish as to design such a pathetic, non intuitive site. But then perhaps that’s why it is so “affordable”.
