I was charged two $1.06 fees when I signed up for the “free” trial. The only books available are books you can already get free online. Also, it’s not very user friendly.

I’ve been trying to reach out to the technical support and have got nothing in return. I’ve tried to cancel this and can’t! There is no where on the app that I can do so and I literally have not even use this app for lack of having books that I liked! I want my card info off this app and need to know how to do so!

The app is "free" to download, but further investigation revealed that a user is required to have a subscription to use the service. There is a 30-day trial that is offered, but after 30 days it becomes paid.

I wish you could search for authors, not liking that you have to scroll all the books to find something I might like.

Variety of books are limited. Most books are garbage. I get errors trying to download audio books. I’m going to give it and say or two to make sure it is not me.

If you’re looking for something specific, don’t waste your time. Odds are they don’t have it, it’s nearly impossible to use the search function, and it’s not user friendly. Now to find the unsubscribe link...
