I’ve been using this app for years and have enjoyed its customizability thruout that time. As of recent, I’m getting asked to take a survey every other day, which isn’t supposed to occur with the paid version and has become a constant irritant. Giving the app 1 star till this is remedied and suggest people don’t download/purchase it. aside: I’ve had the alarm issue, but figured it was caused by the Apple update that changed how you “turnoff” bluetooth and wifi rather than this app causing it.
Survey every other day

I love this app but now I get asked every two days if I want to do a survey. I did it once, gave a really good review and now the survey still wants to open... but once clicked it says I’ve already done the survey. This pops up now for over two months.

So many glitches and obvious needs with this app. * It doesn’t really rotate as the slide bar remains at the physical bottom of the phone. * the slide bar doesn’t dim with the clock * I paid for the no ads, and it still displays ads * I have selected to play music from my library, sometimes it plays and other times it says it’s playing a song but no volume (nothing to do with permissions, silent switch, or volume because the next day it works or snoozing and it might play after snoozed) * ads, the paid version has ads * location doesn’t work. Only says I’m in Beijing. Can’t manually enter a location. Again, not a permission issue

I paid money so I didn’t have ads, but every time I open the damned app there’s a prompt asking me to do a survey, which I’ve done as evidenced by it telling me that I’ve already completed the survey!

It’s far too easy to get into a situation where this app might fail to wake you up. If the volume on your phone is turned down or your phone is on silent mode the alarm will not sound. I imagine this is because Apple dress not allow 3rd party apps to override silent mode. Nevertheless this ap. is useless due to this limitation. I want my dollar back.

Randomly won’t play sleep music

I’ve complained about this problem so many times, but nothing has been done. I’ve had this app for years, but in the past 6 months it randomly says my music isn’t found, yet the night before it played, and then the next day it doesn’t, but two days later it’s back. When I want to sleep, I don’t want to start figuring out if I can get it to play, I just need it to function consistently. Looks like I’ll be searching for a different app.

Some functions are difficult set, it takes awhile to get used to. I shouldn't have got thi$. Also they pester you with ads to try other products- I should get a new alarm.

I have been using this as my go to alarm clock for well over a year and it never fails me! I have “MS” among a few other not so nice medical problems, so I now take naps as things have been going south for the past year. I take anywhere from 1 to 3 naps a day and get up with my beautiful wife in the morning to see her off to work, so it’s so very nice to be able to set a variety of alarms and switch back and forth without having to reset the times:). And since I’m a heavy sleeper “being on an aircraft carrier for much of my 21 years in service sleeping right under the wires” (Arresting Gear), I learned to sleep through a lot of noise, so I need to set 3-4 alarms for each time I need to wake up. And this Alarm Pro by iHandy does a Great job of waking me up each and every time I need to. Thank You Alarm Pro, you have never failed us!????✝️

Shows popups asking to rate the app. Alarm doesn’t sound unless screen is on all night long. Absolutely worthless. I had better luck with AlarmClockForMe.
