Paid App now has ads in it

dsg-12

I paid for this app to eliminate ads. Recently, this app has been pushing surveys and there’s no setting to disable them.

No Longer Works

PGA2187

Same problem other people have described starting about a month ago. Setting alarms as usual, but no audible alarm in the morning. When looking later, the alarms just show as “off.” No apparent updates to fix problem.

I paid. Quit feeding me advertising surveys!

marathonrecords

I paid for this app, and it recently began feeding me “user feedback surveys” which are nothing but nuisance advertisements. The paid app is supposed to be ad free. If iHandy wants me to delete the app and never use another iHandy app again, this is the way to do it.

In need of an update. -Grizzly Bear in the woods.

The latest version doesn’t stay open in background after putting the phone to sleep, shake to snooze doesn’t work. iPhone XS. Please help!! This used to be my favorite app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still get hounded by ads and surveys

67pony

I bought the app thinking I could get rid of ads, but the app keeps hounding you to take a survey. It actually is what VPN would you buy. Relentless. Wish I never bought it now.

Survey

Teta K

I’ve used this app for many years. Lately I get a message about taking a survey. After denying many times I finally gave in and agreed. I had absolutely no understanding of the question so finally just checked the first box to get rid of it. I’m still getting a message. There should be a response of “no thanks” or “never”. Get rid of it. It’s annoying.

Not working

Thinker9999

Used it for years, but not working with the latest iOS upgrade. App is paid but we still get ads.

Ads Even In Paid Version

callipygian

I paid for this app to eliminate ads. Every time I launch the app I now need to click “Maybe Later” on a pop-up asking if I want to take a survey. There is no option for “No.” Finally after months of pop ups I tried taking the survey (an add for vpn service) and after completing it I STILL get a daily pop-up asking if I want to take a survey. For being greedy, I’ll never trust iHandy with a paid upgrade again.

Ads, hard to snooze

RiscIt

I paid for this, I shouldn’t be seeing ads for surveys or anything else. The panel of links to their other (unrelated) apps is easy to open on accident and hard to close on purpose (it has a close icon but it doesn’t work, you have to un-intuitively learn to tap outside the box). Alarm time is hard to read (too small). Alarm clock itself has a dark/black background (good). If you go in to the settings to change an alarm after you’ve been sleeping or otherwise been in the dark for awhile, the bright white background of the settings panel blinds you. Other than this issues.. it works. I guess. Ads have been getting worse. I’m actively looking for a replacement.

Pop-up Ads

Dr. Spektor

Using the paid ad free version since 2011 and now they have pop-up ads to try their other products. No way to stop or dismiss these ads.
