This app is just weird. I downloaded it specifically because you can customize your snooze intervals, but 3 out of 4 days this week, it just DID NOT SOUND. First of all, it needs to be running in the foreground. Whoever heard of such a thing? Think you're going to fall asleep reading the NYTimes, and be woken up when it's time? Wrong. You actually need to remember to go to sleep with this app active on your screen. Second of all, it doesn't matter which alarm tone you select for your alarm. If you go to sleep with your phone on silent, it will only vibrate when it's time to wake you. Think you'll keep the volume on, but just softly? Wrong, the alarm tone will only sound as loud as you leave your ringer. Think you'll try using this alarm, and still have the iPhone default alarms as a backup? Wrong, when the iPhone alarm notification goes off and you respond to it, that now becomes the foreground app, and Alarm Clock Free is now on the background, where, you guessed it... your alarm or snooze won't sound. Did you set up just the perfect storm of conditions for this precious app and it finally successfully sounded? Well, heaven forbid it slips out of your hand while shaking it, or your half-asleep self clumsily touches your screen wrong, you will send this app back into debilitating stage fright, and your alarms are done for today. Honestly, I have a four month old baby, two dogs, and a garden, and I've never tended to ANYTHING the way I've tended to this goofy app, and it still fails me repeatedly. Who do they imagine their users are, people who have nothing else going on but to remember these things?? It's ludicrous.

Nice clean screen. My only issue is I can't seem to get auto-lock off. I have it set to never, but does not seem to work. I only have the app for a few hours so I will play around with it.

I have an iPhone 5C and set all my settings like the app told me to, but the alarm still doesn't go off if the app is running in the background. All I get is a pop up notification like I had received a text message. I've increased my phone volume and everything. If my phone isn't on vibrate then I get a notification sound that is NOT the song I chose, nor does it fade in volume. I need to keep my phone on vibrate or I'll be woken up all through the night. This happens whether my phone is locked or not. Not helpful, as I use YouTube to fall asleep at night.

Useless because to have the alarm work it must be active it but if it is active it drains the battery and the alarm doesn't work!!☹️
