Old screen resolution

This app is still not updated for the new screen resolutions of the iPhone X, XS, and XR. Horrible that there are giant black bars on top and bottom of the screen. Why hasn’t this app been updated for the newer screen resolutions ?

I have deleted and downloaded the app numerous times and I just keep an error message that says there is no internet connection. I have internet connection, all my other apps work fine.

This feels like an app from back in 2009. There are hundreds of basic iOS features that are missing. Hell, the screen size is wrong and seem like it’s from the iPhone 4 days. You guys make a butt loud of money, you mind putting just a couple of them dollars into making a good app. And when you do please replace this one, don’t just make another one.

UI is so outdated. Don’t release big updates without revamping the UI. iOS 13 releases this fall and this app doesn’t follow Apple design terms. Please update the UI and add FaceID .
