Keeps crashing before opening

Just purchased a plan and downloaded the app, but it keeps crashing as soon as I open it. A gray screen appears for a few seconds, then crash /: Disappointed because I now cant conveniently view my plan on my phone as I intended prior to purchasing it.
Good in the beginning

The app works for a week or two and then it keeps crashing when I choose my plan. Tried deleting and reinstalled and same issue. Also some of the video don’t work or say you have to be logged in (which I am)
Confusing, difficult to navigate, and unreliable

I LOVE @pamelagnon and I follow her on Insta because her tips are amazing. The programming of Performance Plus DOES work, but this app is the WORST! Really, really confusing, difficult to navigate, videos don’t load, and when I sent an enthusiastic message asking for one video to be fixed, all I got in reply was a “Done.” FYI, it still wouldn’t load, and I immediately replied that it still wouldn’t load, quoting the error message and 4 days later all I’ve heard is, ???. Were it not for the terrific programming, I would’ve given this app 1 star. Caveat emptor, my friends...

I canceled my subscription and even deleted my bank account information and still was charged $140. I sent an email about this and still haven’t heard anything. Tried message through website but got an error message. I’d like to know who to contact so I can get a refund!
