Was very surprised with this app. The screen shots don't do the app justice. Would be great if they had voodoo bands in the equipment section.

All seems good but I was really surprised there were no videos to demonstrate the movements. For the price you really ought to add them so many if the quality apps like MyWod etc have them and your app isn't cheap.

Hoping the updates have more, but it's a great first app! The pics and descriptions are great, love the way it categorizes and organizes based around equipment, muscles, exercises, and movements. Superb stretching app!;) first of its kind and I'm really looking forward to adding the other "tools" like voodoo floss and other auxiliary things that'll pop up in the future! Keep up the great work!;)

I was a little disappointed at first because there are no videos. Don't let that discourage you. This APP is great the detailed explanation and pictures are more than adequate.

If you need a list of things that have been on MWOD than maybe this is for you but u would rather use the wod site. Plus supper glitchy. Some stretches won't load.

When you pay for an app you expect it to work. Unfortunately, this app doesn't work half the time. Then when you contact them they make it seem like no big deal. How about letting the customer know what you are doing to fix it and how long might that take. But instead the answer is "yeah we know about it. It's a coding issue." If I could get my money back I would.

The update will actually downgrade you to the free version only. So far, all of current updates will not allow you to restore your purchase. You must purchase it AGAIN if you want access on the updated app.
Great app to target/remember mobility

Having all the various mobility exercises categorized and clearly shown and explained make this app a must. When members want to know something specific it's really easy to look up whatever they are asking and show them right then.
