i’m loving this app for a variety of reasons but importantly it’s quite accessible across platforms and simple to get started with. some cool features include the template universe (official and from other users). gripes include the lack of basewide conversation/comenting features for collaboration (tho you can do this with each individual record) and lack of offline support as you need to be connected to use it. overall a great app and i have no hesitation to give it five stars. i’ll update this review as and when i have more insights.

I run an entire small business customer management database off Airtable. Before Airtable, looking up information and job management for my contractor business was a terrible headache. Phone numbers, names, payment schedules, and other labeled information is always one search away. After 1 year of use, it’s indispensable.
Kanbanless app is bizarre

The inability to use kanban on mobile is a head scratcher. It's led to a loss of adoption for our product/eng team. If it functioned similar to Trello, this is a 5 star platform. When will this be added?!?!!
Great on desktop, useless on iOS

Airtable is an amazing product on desktop. I’ve built my entire workflow around it using it as a CMS to track posts on wordpress and social. The iOS app however is completely useless. The functionality is so limited that it’s hard to believe its the same product. It would take too long to list the things that you can’t do on the app. It’s most things that airtable does. I really hope they have a better iPadOS app in the works. There’s no way to tell however since they refuse to update their users on anything. They seem to be focused entirely on enterprise users and have lost all interest in the rest of us. I’ve been a huge advocate for them for a couple years now but I have started to lose confidence in the company and their commitment to their users.
